Why SpiritBeautifulRevolution?
I believe we all have a spirit, or a spiritual side, and that there is an inherent beauty in it. The revolution is a challenge to expand our thoughts and minds, to entertain different points of view so as to gain perspective on the human condition. When we start looking at the world through the eyes of our spirits, our lives take on so much more meaning.
I am not a theologian, or a psychologist (consider this my disclaimer), but throughout my whole life I have searched for some meaning, some answers to the big questions. (ie meaning of life, why am I going through all of this “stuff”, is their purpose to all of this? you get the picture). I know that there are so many others who are looking for some answers as to where we fit in in the whole scheme of things, that I thought a little blog discussing spirituality would lend some perspective to those of us who are interested in such things.
I’m going to write about a lot of things - I have an opinion on just about everything, and I am a bit of a philosopher, so learning and discussing new things is exciting for me. I would like this to be a “non-denominational” forum, and for those of us who are interested in a little “r-evolution”, we all know that everything we go through has an impact on ourselves and the world.
Sit back and relax - this is going to be a great joyride. I hope you find these posts useful, and challenge you to grow into the best version of yourself, and to enrich the world around you in the process.
